"Got the box right where I needed it"
Booked a Taxibox i was a bit unsure at first. Our driveway is tight. Not much room to mess around. I’d marked the spot and just hoped it would work out. Driver turned up, had a quick look, and placed it exactly there. No big back and forth. Didn’t have to shuffle cars or stand around explaining every little thing. It was straight too, with enough space left to walk past, which made a huge difference. Simple, easy, no stress. Happy with how it went.

"I loved having it right outside because..."
I loved having it right outside because I could just keep taking things out little by little whenever I had a minute and load it up myself without feeling rushed or needing anyone to help, which made the whole process so much easier than I expected

"Everything came back kinda just how I left it"
I used Taxibox for a few months while I was moving and was kinda worried about all my stuff sitting in storage. But everything came back dry, clean, and not knocked around at all. My boxes, furniture, and even some fragile kitchen things were totally fine. The cover/protection option gave me a bit of peace of mind too. Overall, really happy with how it all went

I used Taxibox recently and was really happy that the billing was exactly what they said it would be. No surprise fees, no confusing extras, and nothing added on at the end. It just made the whole process easier because I knew what I was paying for and didn’t have to waste time chasing up charges or trying to figure out the invoice.

"Super easy to access my stuff"
I had to grab a few boxes from my TaxiBox while everything was in storage, it was way easier than I expected! I booked a time, showed up, and the staff were friendly and helpful without turning it into a whole thing.
All my stuff was exactly where I left it, no damage, no hassle, no surprises. Really happy with how smooth it all was.

"Ended up being the right size for our move"
I took a quick guess that we’d probably need a bigger box, but the site made it easy to figure out the right size. The TAXIBOX actually fit more than I thought it would, including our couch and a heap of random boxes. Didn’t feel like we wasted much space at all. I’d use it again.

"Made moving day about a million times less painful"
We used TAXIBOX when we moved apartments, it made the whole thing so much easier than dealing with a hire truck. They dropped the box off, we packed it bit by bit over a couple of days, and then they came and picked it up when we were done.

It meant no mad rush, no stressful clock-watching, and no begging friends to give up their entire weekend. Booking was super straightforward, and the driver was really friendly too. I’d absolutely use them again

Overall, I had a good experience. The updates were clear, and I always knew when the box was being delivered and when it was getting picked up. Just a heads up for anyone using them, one reply did take longer than I expected, so don’t wait until the last minute if you need an answer quickly. Other than that, no real complaints.

"Easy enough to sort out online"
I’m usually a bit wary when companies go on about how “simple” or “seamless” their online stuff is, because half the time it’s just nice wording and a clunky website. But the TAXIBOX account was actually straightforward. I could check my booking, change a few details, and see what was going on without having to ring anyone. Nothing flashy or overdone, it just did what I needed. Happy with it overall.

"Issue got fixed faster than I expected"
I had a complaint and wasn’t expecting it to be sorted without a hassle, but they did fix it quickly. I was annoyed it happened in the first place, and that still sticks with me a bit, but the outcome was good in the end.

My boxes came back totally fine this time, no dents or anything annoying like that. I’d asked support about it beforehand and they basically said, “We’ll make sure it’s handled carefully,” and it looks like they actually did. Smooth experience overall.

Got the Taxibox delivered and it was in good shape overall. There were a few marks and scuffs on the outside, so I’d just warn people to give it a quick look over when it arrives. Inside was clean though, and it did the job without any real issues.
